This treatment involves the entire body providing relief from the common discomforts associated with pregnancy. Treatments are performed in the side-lying position to allow access to the often sore hip area, as well as for the safety of you & baby. I focus on the mother-baby connection creating a warm, safe, secure nurturing environment where you can rest, relax and recharge. Techniques used are very gentle and carefully tailored to suit your individual needs. Your comfort and the safety of your baby are always considered. It is important to address any aches or pains early to ensure that you are in great health for labour, birth and beyond.
