Hey there, I'm Ebony! A superwoman myotherapist specialising in women's wellness, a nurturing doula, and a proud mother of two little rascals, based in Ballarat, Victoria.

Once I became a mum, I realised the wild ride of motherhood was unlike anything I had expected, even after all the prep work during pregnancy.

My goal is to be the ultimate sidekick for women on their journey into motherhood, from the first trimester all the way to infinity and beyond!
